By booking an appt with HairByHerr you are stating you've read the policy entirely & agree to its terms! 

Closed every Sunday (Mondays are for Emergency appts only) 

Any inquiry after 7pm is handled on next business day. Please only text (469/643/0693) for questions/concerns not listed below. Repeating info that’s already answered online slows down your booking process & takes time away from my current client.

General Info

  • Books open every 20th @10am cst for the next month.
  • Client must be 12 years & older. No Extra Guest (Kids, Spouse, Friends etc)
  •  $35 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK.  
  • In the event you have to reschedule, notify me by txt or email (469/643/0693) (hairbyherr_88@yahoo.com) 24hrs or more prior to appt so that your deposit can be applied to the new date that’s available online. You may only transfer a deposit ONCE & it CAN ONLY be held as a credit for up to 60 days after notice of cancel/reschedule.
  • If you cancel within 12-24 hrs of appt, you must book new appt online, your current deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within 6hrs of appt, you must pay half of service total in order to book again. In any event, I have to reschedule/cancel due to an emergency on my behalf, this is the only time your DEPOSIT CAN BE REFUNDED.
  • NO CALL NO SHOWS are automatically banned from booking. If any problematic events continue, you will be banned from booking❕NO EXCEPTIONS❕
  • Standard Shampoo services are included in price. For “Deluxe Shampoo” services please view extras & maintenance. Please arrive with natural hair completely detangled, extensions should be full, dry & ready to install.
  • Please do not enter salon earlier than 15 mins prior, you have a 15 min grace period before your appt is considered cancelled. IF YOU’VE COMMUNICATED PRIOR ABOUT BEING LATE & IM STILL ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU THERE WILL BE A $20 FEE.
  • Arrive with your balance already on hand, you can’t leave for change. PAY IN EXACT CASH, ZELLE OR APPLE PAY.
  • No changes to style day of, if needing a change ask at least 24hrs ahead.
  • Touch Ups are done on Tues & Sat for SewIns only, no other style may be fully touched up. For curling/styling only please book a “Just Curl/Style” service.
  • Each style gives an estimated time frame for the service, however that can vary due to clients needs. Preferably book your appt on your free day, i try my best daily to be punctual but I can’t guarantee you I’ll always be on schedule. I will not rush on anyone because of other engagements/events. I advise you to book accordingly.
  • Each service also provides a detailed description of what’s needed & expected during the appt.
  • Auto-Reminders will be sent day before Appt. Please be sure correct email/number is provided during checkout. If you’re needing to cancel/reschedule please text/email me. Otherwise, I will assume you’ll be at your appt. Cancellation Notices will be sent automatically for any reasons that goes against policy rules.
  • NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES❕❕If you are dissatisfied with any detail please let me know then at the time of the appointment, so that I can make proper adjustments. I will always ask & make certain you approve before you exit.

Lace Knowledge 

  • NO T-PARTS (Lace area needs to be a free part)
  • HD LACE PREFERRED (matches any skin tone) TRANSPARENT LACE (lighter skin tones) SWISS LACE (brownish-darker skin tones) Any other lace, may cause your appt to be cancelled. GLUELESS INSTALLS MUST BE HD.
  • NO LACE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY OTHER STYLIST. 
  • FRONTALS & WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF 2/3 BUSINESS DAYS AHEAD. If appt is tues/wed I need it that sat before. Same day lace services are available on Mondays only when booking “Emergency Appt”. For Coloring services I need the hair 5 business days prior. Always text me prior to dropping hair off so I can be aware of arrival.
