By booking an appt with HairByHerr you are stating you've read the policy entirely & agree to its terms!

Strictly Closed Sundays & Mondays (no replies will take place)

Any inquiry after 7pm is handled on next business day. Please only text (469/643/0693) for questions/concerns not listed below. If I’m repeating info that’s already answered online that slows down your booking process & takes time away from my current client.

General Rules

$35 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK
Clients must be 12 years & older. No Extra Guest (Kids, Spouse, Friends etc)
Standard Shampoo services are included in price. If you wish to shampoo your own hair, it must be done no sooner then the day before appt. For “Deluxe Shampoo” services please view extras & maintenance.
Please do not enter salon extremely early, location has waiting area, so 15 mins prior is fine. You’re considered late after 10 mins, between 11-15mins there’s a fee of $20. If you know you’ll be later than 15mins, please communicate prior, appt could possibly be cancelled.
Books open every 20th for the next month @10am. If the date you need isn’t appearing its either already booked or too far out.
I DO NOT ACCEPT SQUEEZE INS, EMERGENCY APPTS ARE AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS/Certain Holidays ONLY, see “extras” online.
Arrive with your balance already on hand, you can’t leave for change. PAY IN EXACT CASH, ZELLE OR APPLE PAY.
No changes to style day of, if needing a change ask at least 24hrs ahead. (I will only make exceptions if new style requires less time)
Touch Ups are done on Tues & Sat only. You are only allowed to get 1 FULL Touch Up per style, DO NOT exceed 3 weeks. I do offer services for styling only Wed-Fri please see “Just Curls” (all found under extras)
Each style gives an estimated time frame for the service, however that can vary due to clients needs. Preferably book your appt on your free day, i try my best daily to be punctual but I can’t guarantee you I’ll always be on schedule. I will not rush on anyone because of other engagements/events. I advise you to book accordingly.
Auto-Reminders will be sent day before Appt. Please be sure correct email/number is provided during checkout. If you’re needing to cancel/reschedule please text/email me. Otherwise, I will assume you’ll be at your appt. Cancellation Notices will be sent automatically for any reasons that goes against policy rules.
NO CALL NO SHOWS are automatically banned from booking. If any problematic events continue, you will be banned from booking‼️NO EXCEPTIONS‼️

Deposits

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE‼️ In the event you have to reschedule, notify me by txt or email (469/643/0693) (hairbyherr_88@yahoo.com) 24hrs prior to appt so that your deposit can be applied to the new date that’s available online. You can only transfer a deposit ONCE!
If you cancel less than 24hrs of appt, you must book new appt online, as well as pay $20 cancellation fee, listed under “extras & maintenance”. If not paid, new appt won’t be approved.
In any event, I have to reschedule/cancel due to an emergency on my behalf, this is the only time your DEPOSIT CAN BE REFUNDED.
You automatically forfeit your deposit if the appt has to be cancelled due to a broken rule of the policy. Understand, there are no refunds on any deposit because you did not read the policy before you booked.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES‼️If you are dissatisfied with any detail please let me know then at the time of the appointment, so that I can make proper adjustments. I will always ask & make certain you approve before you exit.

Do’s & Don’ts

Bundle hair must be clean, dry & free of any thread. For any used hair, I DO NOT install small bonded pieces for a sew-in. Book a QW!
I DO NOT straighten or silk press any deep wave or kinky curly bundles. Also, these patterns DO NOT go with straight/body/loose wave hair. BE SURE YOUR LACE & BUNDLES/OTHER HAIR MATCH.
No bundle hair for BOBS & BLUNT CUTS.

Lace Knowledge

NO T-PARTS‼️‼️‼️ (Lace area needs to be a free part)
HD LACE PREFERRED (matches any skin tone) TRANSPARENT LACE (lighter skin tones) SWISS/Medium Brown LACE (darker skin tones) Any other lace, may cause your appt to be cancelled. GLUELESS INSTALLS MUST BE HD.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHOULD YOU PURCHASE 10” LACE.
NO LACE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY OTHER STYLIST. Be sure lace is no darker than your skin tone. DO NOT PURCHASE LACE FROM HAIR STORES IN “BLACK”, choose “VIRGIN COLOR or “NATURAL BROWN” & if desired black, I’ll dye it for an extra fee.
FRONTALS & WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF 2/3 BUSINESS DAYS AHEAD. RATHER IT’S HAIR IVE PREV INSTALLED OR NEW. If appt is tues/wed I need it that sat before. Same day lace services are available on Mondays only for additional fee. For Coloring services I need the hair 5 business days prior. Always text me prior to dropping hair off so I can be aware of arrival.
I DO NOT SEND REMINDERS OF HAIR DROP OFFS. If drop off date is missed, appt is automatically cancelled! You must reschedule with new deposit.

Effective for June Appts, (all Amazon & Ali Express products will no longer be accepted.) If purchasing from companies such as Amazon & Ali Express please read information provided by the vendor thoroughly. I will not install anything unacceptable!

Preferred Lace & 100% Human Hair brands from supply stores are listed/pictured below. (Also Janet “MELT” brand is ok 🚨Please be sure any lace purchased doesn’t say Fantasy or Realistic Scalp🚨Anything not listed please text for approval. Please be sure the lace is a FREE PART as shown below. There shouldn’t be any tracks stitched onto the lace, those are T-Parts I DO NOT USE THOSE‼️
